REO Asset Managers / Field Services

Do you have REO's that need repairs?

Would you like someone who could really do the work from start to finish, including, emailing you all of the required photos necessary to satisfy your asset manager (photos which you could also use in your MLS listing)?

I can respond with as little as 24 hours' notice. My territory is all of San Diego County.  I have all the required bonds and insurances and have been working in the REO/Bank-Owned Property division for several years with Realtors and Asset Managers.  I have won contracts on over 200 REO properties.  My client list includes Wells Fargo Premier Asset Services (PAS), Bank of America/Countrywide, MD Webb, New Brighton Mortgage Services to name a few.  I understand the need to hold costs down and be on time or complete the work ahead of schedule.

I can:

• Paint;
• Do trash out and sales cleaning;
• Replace flooring, including hardwood and carpet;
• Replace appliances;
• Repair sheetrock or stucco;
• Provide the initial landscape service;
• Re-install light fixtures and hardware;
• Reconnect plumbing;
• Clean pools and provide regular maintenance; and,
• Whatever else you might need to get the homes ready for a bank sale, HUD sale or an as-is sale.
